Perrigo Co. has acquired Laboratorios Diba, S.A. for approximately $25 million in cash. Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, Laboratorios Diba is a store brand manufacturer of OTC and prescription pharmaceuticals, including antibiotics, hormonals and opthalmics.
